Sports Physicals will provided again this year, free of charge, to all Lawrence Academy students who will be in 6th - 12th grades for the 2021-2022 school year. Physicals will begin at 1:00pm and we will accommodate as many students as we can before our providers have to leave!
Please be sure to print and fill out the attached sports forms and bring with you that day. A parent signature MUST be on the forms for the physicals to be performed.
